So Mike and I are going on a property tour today! Yup thats right, we are getting ready to buy our first house! We are so excited! I think we are going to about a dozen properties today. This will be our third house hunt. The first time we did a full day tour we found two potential houses! One was a townhome and one was a rancher. Both were really great. The townhouse only needed some cosmetic work, which could happen over a couple of years! The rancher needs some TLC before we move in especially the kitchen. But we loved the rancher because it had two outside porches and a great yard!
Well we are on our way out to meet our realtor! Happy house hunting to us!

Congrats on house hunting! Matt and I 'still' don't know what to do about moving. We don't want to live in NJ but the commute is killing him. We love our little house and the fact that it's so easy on us financially with me staying home but we're QUICKLY outgrowing it! What area are you looking in? Good luck! Are you going to be at my Mom's on Mother's Day/Megan's birthday? (No pressure, just curious!)
