Well we just can't stop thinking about this house! We are still super excited! We went ahead and purchased a couple big items for the house. Ok, we know we don't make settlement for another four days, but we bought any way. We settled on a new shutter color, navy blue, and then bought the shutters. The house also needs new porch posts for the front porch. We found vinyl posts, that have the same raised panel look as the shutters. Atleast both purchases are vinyl, so they are maintance free! Yay for that! But we decided no more purchases in the next couple of days till we get the keys!
We can't believe we are making settlement in four days to our FIRST home!
